What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation message with tracking id of the respective courier partner. You can simply TRACK your order with the tracking id and get to know how long it will take to get delivered.
Do you gift wrap?
While we do not offer gift wrapping services at present, a lot of care does go into packing your order.

We are headquartered in Delhi. We currently do not have any physical stores.

We currently ship to most locations in India.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Shipping Times can be anywhere between 3 - 10 working Days after processing your order. (Please Note that Sometimes delays in shipping will occur due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated and will do everything in our power to get you your product on time)
How do you pack the order/products?
We take extreme measures to ensure that your order is packed safely and securely and that it will reach you in mint condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently you can securely checkout out website using Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking, UPI & Wallets. We also offer COD on all produts.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellations within 2-hours of you placing the order. Once the 2-hour window passes the order goes into process and cannot be cancelled or altered.
Do you accept returns?
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Can I exchange or return a product?
A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping.
If you have received a wrong/defective product, then please contact us within 24 hours of you receiving the product.
